Tyler The Creator

we talk so badly about artists that make really good music sometimes and it's really funny to me and don't tap the glass was an amazing example of this for me because that was the first time I was really around for a Tyler the creator album to who drop and you know he had a crazy report right people were expecting it to be an amazing album because frankly for a lot of people he's been on a generational run you know some people think it tempered a little bit with chromacopia but a lot of people agree he's been on a crazy run and when don't tap the glass dropped people said it was just okay just said it was like alright said even some said it was mid and I was like really that's crazy I think this is really good and then I saw the scores that went along with calling it mid or just okay and it was like a seven and I started to click in my head it started to make me realize Tyler the creator and other artists that have built up a good report a good reputation for dropping amazing albums when someone says something theirs is mid they literally mean it relative to their discography cause there's plenty of artists who Tyler's worst is literally better than their best I'm not even trying to glaze here I'm not trying to state like my opinion or anything I'm not even an amazing Tyler the creator fan I just think when you see a great artist it is kind of crazy to realize how we talk about them because you know you sometimes you have to like reground yourself and realise we're talking usually about them relative to their other discographies cause it's not that impressive when an artist that you know makes amazing albums drops an okay album right but if an our artist who drops terrible albums suddenly dropped an amazing one it would be like whoa whoa hold on hold on pay attention to that guy now bro might be cooking
