there's a new spot in SoHo that specializes in stuffed dates. you can customize your box. I got there at 5:30 PM, they were already sold out of a ton of them. First one is ceremonial matcha & coconut. It's literally stuffed with it too. I'm used to like nut butters but whoa. That color is gorgeous. is not dye. Pistachio Rose. Apparently a crowd favorite. the rose flavor goes together phenomenally with the pistachios. Apricot white chocolate & pistachio. Mmm. When you bite into it the texture of the apricot and the date are similar. This one I'm so excited for. It's white chocolate & pistachio. That might be my favorite. Hazelnut praline and milk chocolate. Definitely the most indulgent one. Hazelnut butter is obviously a lot softer than pistachio butter. They had some with almond butter, peanut butter. Recommend getting the box because it's cheaper than the individual. They also serve coffee, matcha. They even have a cute window. I don't know how someone isn't doing this in a storefront before them. but you need to go.
