You're Using LinkedIn Completely Wrong

That was one of the questions I asked during my keynote at TECHNOVA 2026. For many professionals, LinkedIn means uploading a profile photo, updating a CV, or posting an AI-generated update once in a while. But LinkedIn is much more than that. It is your professional positioning platform. People don't visit your LinkedIn profile simply to decide whether to hire you. They visit to answer a much bigger question: "Is this someone I can trust... and would like to work with?" Every post, every comment, every interaction, and every digital footprint shapes that perception. This is where Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) becomes highly relevant. Whether we realise it or not, the way we present ourselves is constantly programming the minds of the people who discover us online. Your digital reputation is being built every single day. During the session, I also shared the first glimpse of something I've been building over the past few months.
