Hook

Number one, I put everything that's applicable on credit. Every single purchase is on my credit card. The only things that I use a debit card for is sending money, receiving money, paying my rent because bills suck now, and paying my credit card. Number two, I always pay off CC's on time, avoid paying interest. Because that keeps me from, first of all, hurting my credit score, and second of all, paying any interest. If you're using credit cards for everything and not paying interest, you're playing the game and then you're receiving only benefits for using your credit card. Number three, after I do steps number one and number two, now I get to reap all the benefits I'm accumulating with my credit card and not paying a dime for, besides the annual fees. Now I get to go travel for free because all the points that I'm accumulating with my credit card and not paying a dime for, besides the annual fees, now I get to go travel for free with all the points that I'm getting. Credit cards are an absolute hack. Only use them if you have the financial discipline to use them, but once you get to that point, you should never be using a debit card.
