Swimming is unique. You don't have constant access to air. So your breathing has to be precise every single stroke. 👉 Think about how you breathe when you walk. You don't hold your breath. You inhale and exhale continuously without even thinking about it. 🔴 That's exactly what we need to replicate in the water. 👉 Here's how it works. 1️⃣ While your face is in the water. ✅ Slowly blow a small stream of bubbles through your nose continuously. Don't hold your breath at all. 2️⃣ Right before you turn to breathe. ✅ Make one big blow through your nose and mouth to completely empty your lungs. 👉 This does two things. 🔵 First, it empties your lungs so you can inhale immediately the moment you turn. No wasted time on your side. 🔵 Second, it creates an air pocket near your mouth so you can inhale safely while keeping your head as low as possible. 🔴 And keeping your head low is crucial. The moment your head comes up too high, your lower body sinks and your whole stroke falls apart. ✅ Turn your head to the side. Inhale immediately. Head back down. Slow continuous exhale. Big blow before the next breath. Repeat. 👉 Do this right and your body stays calm, your oxygen stays consistent, and you stop getting tired for no reason. 🎯 The fastest way to fix your breathing is to get a personal review of your stroke. Just film yourself on your phone, send it inside the Swim Success Training app, and I'll personally tell you exactly what's wrong and what to fix first. Link in bio.
