There seems to be a religious cult behind HeyTea and I intend to find out why. This is my first time at HeyTea in the Dunhuan Plaza in Chinatown. I really like the vibe and ambiance of the place. My friend Nam, who's a really big foodie, told me to go get the Coconut Mango Boom as well as the Kale Boost Tea. I ordered online for pickup so I didn't really have to wait. I got here right in time. I started off with the Coconut Mango Boom. I didn't really know what to expect with this drink, but after the first sip, it tastes a lot like a mango lassi, but not as thick. It was really smooth and the mango tasted really good. I'm actually a huge fan of this drink. I'd have to give it a 9.5 out of 10. The next drink is the Kale Boost Tea. I saw the lady in front of me, she ordered about 20 of these, so they must be really good. I also have a friend from Hong Kong who DM'd me and said that she gets this every day. After taking my first sip, I guess I see the hype. It's really light and refreshing. If I'm Vietnamese, what I can compare this to is a Chen Mui, which translates to salted lemonade. Obviously, it has other notes and flavors. I'd have to give this drink a 9.3 out of 10. Like and follow me for more.
