That's okay,
this is the time for me to practice more and be
okay with slow growth. It took almost a year to
teach yin after my YTT200.
Adaptive yoga was my niche.
I felt a calling for more layers.
Adaptive, yin, slow flow, vinyasa.
Yin is a safe place for me. That's why I'm
choosing to ground down here and share my
knowledge with others as a new instructor.
Thank you for being here.
I wasn't ready over the last several
months. Survival mode was winning and
the idea of starting caused much anxiety.
I don't know if I ever will be fully ready.
But
I'm WILLING.
Willing to show up. Try. Be myself.
Create a safe space while holding space
for others.
My yoga school has prepared me to be intuitive,
grounded, informed, and self honoring.
Nurture the environment
that welcomes new and loyal practitioners to their
mat to be whatever format they need.
As it's my responsibility to create a space to melt on
your mat or feel discomfort, joy, any and all emotions
without my interruption to fix or change.
Just be. Invite. Breathe.
All is welcome.
Today, I'm ready.
