Hi, I’m Tal. 💛 I’ve been actively practicing yoga for four years, and along the way it’s become so much more than movement—it’s become a way of living. I practice/ starting to exploring teachings of hot yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow, and Kriya yoga, adaptive with one simple philosophy: ✨ Be you. Be true to what you need as you show up on your mat. As someone born with a limb difference, yoga has never been about creating the “perfect” shape. It’s taught me how to listen to my body instead of fight it. My practice is rooted in interoception—learning to notice what’s happening within—and proprioception—building awareness of where your body is in space. Those skills don’t just change how you move… they change how you move through life. One of my greatest honors has been completing a 65-hour Adaptive Yoga training, where I learned how to make yoga more accessible for people with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Yoga is for every body. If you’re brand new, here’s my advice: Just start. Play. Stay curious. Keep showing up, especially when it feels uncomfortable or itchy. Usually, that’s where something important is asking for your attention. Yoga has given me the freedom to love myself more deeply, soften through life’s challenges, and build tools that support me both on and off the mat. Especially off the mat. If that resonates with you, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶
