It's not often that a murderer isn't the biggest villain in the room... but then there's Patrick Clancy.

3 years ago I made a post on this app in support of Lindsay Clancy and I got flamed for it. I got absolutely flamed for it. 3 years later, Patrick Clancy takes the stand and oh, how the turntables. It's almost exactly what I said. It's possible for a loving mother in postpartum psychosis to murder her family and it's certainly not helped by the fact that her spouse is just apathetic about the whole thing. Do I understand that there's trauma? Yes. Do I understand that he also lost his children? Yes. But that man got on the stand and when asked what the things that Lindsay was like telling you at that time, she was telling me that she was having thoughts of harming the children. But it was really hard to ascertain the severity of that because then she would do things like go right back to making lunch. Oh. *sniff*
