De-influencing you!!!
Normalizing non-overconsumption
About 1/2 of my closet is things I've owned since high school or college
I only own 1 purse lol
I got it for my birthday 4 years ago and I love it very much
80% of my shoes are hand-me downs from my mom and sister (mostly heels/boots)
I haven't traveled out of the country or taken any trips outside of family trips/visiting my family in ~3 years
I only eat out 1-3 times per week, including getting coffee
I haven't gotten a manicure since 2023
I have found some of my favorite clothes at second hand stores
I stopped taking a bunch of supplements and only need the ones I really need (from bloodwork/doctors recommendations)
& I still feel like I have a VERY full life ❤️
