Comment the word “COMPLEX” and I’ll send you a FREE week of kettlebell training from my 8-week program. Most people train their back to build muscle. But your back has a lot more jobs than that. It stabilizes your spine. Resists rotation. Creates rotation. Transfers force. And keeps doing all of that when you’re tired. That’s exactly what this kettlebell complex trains. 6 Rounds: * 10 Single-Arm Rows (Right) * 10 Rotational Uppercuts (Right) * 5 Pullovers * 10 Ballistic Rows (Right) * 10 Single-Arm Rows (Left) * 10 Rotational Uppercuts (Left) * 5 Pullovers * 10 Ballistic Rows I used a 20 kg (44 lb) kettlebell. Every movement has a purpose. • Single-Arm Rows build your lats, rhomboids, traps, and rear delts while teaching your core to resist rotation. • Rotational Uppercuts develop rotational power by transferring force from your legs through your torso. • Pullovers strengthen your lats while improving shoulder mobility and overhead stability. • Ballistic Rows train your back to produce explosive power even under fatigue. Rest as needed between rounds, but keep the timer running. The goal isn’t just to build a bigger back. It’s to build one that’s stronger in the gym… more athletic… and more capable everywhere else. Save this workout and give it a shot.
