Head to the link in my bio if you’re ready to get into kettlebell training but don’t know where to start. I’ll send you a full week of training from my 8-week kettlebell training program—on me. This kettlebell complex is one of the biggest reasons I still have visible abs as a dad in my 30s. The secret isn’t endless crunches. It’s training your core to stabilize your spine, resist rotation, transfer force, and produce power while burning a ton of calories. 15-Minute AMRAP • 10 Horizontal Swings • 20 Around the Worlds (alternate directions every 5 reps) • 10 Elbow Uppercuts • 6 Kneeling Wood Chops (each side) 🏋️ Weight Used: 20 kg / 44 lb Weight Suggestions 🏋️ Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb) 🏋️ Intermediate: 16–20 kg (35–44 lb) 🏋️ Advanced: 20–28 kg+ (44–62+ lb) Master the movement first. Then master it under fatigue before increasing the weight. Scaling Options ⬇️ Easier: 10-minute AMRAP • Standard swings • 10 Around the Worlds • Bodyweight wood chops ⬆️ Harder: Heavier kettlebell • 20–30-minute AMRAP • Rest only as needed Movement Cues Horizontal Swings: Power comes from the hips. Around the Worlds: Change directions every 5 reps to build anti-rotational core strength and shoulder stability. Elbow Uppercuts: Rotate through the hips and torso—not just the arms. Wood Chops: Brace your core and let your torso rotate while your hips stay stable. Follow for more highly effective workouts that help you get lean, strong, athletic, and functional with limited equipment in 45 minutes or less. Send this to someone who still thinks the best ab workout is 100 crunches. #homeworkoutvideos #kettlebellworkout #dadbod #kettlebelltraining #absworkout
