This is a brutally effective kettlebell complex, full body. One kettlebell, 30 minutes, six rounds. Build a body that's lean, strong, and athletic. This will humble you. Start each round with 10 goblet squats plus deep curl. Keep your body tall and sit deep into the squat. Then curl the kettlebell before standing. You'll notice that I'm exploding up through my legs after each curl. I'm doing this for two reasons. Number one, it teaches your nervous system to recruit muscle fibers faster. Because power isn't just about how strong you are, it's about how quickly you can produce force. This movement pattern, it's called the triple extension. Your hips, your hips, knees, and ankles extend as you push through the floor. Triple extension is the same movement pattern your body uses to sprint, climb stairs, chase your kids, or lift something heavy off the ground. Athletes train triple extension. And now that you know, you'll start seeing it everywhere and realize it's behind almost every powerful movement your body makes. Including this next. Performing 10 thrusters in a crush press hold. Your grip will start to strain at this point. Remember to hold that belt tight through every rep. Drop that bell down, but do not let go. We're moving into 10 swings. This is a hinge, not a squat, snap those hips, squeeze those glutes and let that bell float to shoulder height each rep. We're bulletproofing our posterior chain, building conditioning and teaching our bodies to be explosive. And to not just create force but control it. Strong muscles can create force, but athletic muscles know how to create it, stop it, control it, and then create it again. Your grip finally finds relief. Drop that bell down and we're performing 10 kettlebell push-ups. Fight for every one of these reps. Do your best to touch your chest to the bell each rep. You completed 1 round. And just like that, you completed 1 round. Rest 2 min between rounds. 6 rounds total. Link in bio for a free week of kettlebell training.
