Send me a Direct Message with the word “COMPLEX” and I’ll send you a FREE week of kettlebell training from my 8-week program. Want your dad arms to fill out your sleeves? Start here. This kneeling complex takes your legs out of the equation so your upper body has nowhere to hide. Every movement starts with a curl, keeping constant tension on your grip, forearms, and biceps while attacking your shoulders, chest, lats, and triceps from multiple angles. The result? More time under tension. More muscle recruited. More opportunities to build thicker, stronger arms. 7 Rounds * 4 Reverse Curl + Upright Row * 4 Curl + Halo * 4 Curl + Press * 4 Curl + Pullover * 10 Close-Grip Kettlebell Push-Ups I used a 20 kg (44 lb) kettlebell. Weight Suggestions: * Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb) * Intermediate: 12–16 kg (26–35 lb) * Advanced: 20–24 kg (44–53 lb) What each movement is doing: • Reverse Curl + Upright Row: Build thicker forearms, target the brachialis to help your arms fill out your sleeves, and develop broader shoulders and upper traps. • Curl + Halo: Keep tension on the biceps while improving shoulder mobility, rotator cuff strength, and overhead control. • Curl + Press: Build bigger biceps, stronger shoulders, and pressing strength that carries over to lifting, carrying, and everyday life. • Curl + Pullover: Train your lats, chest, serratus, and triceps while improving overhead mobility and shoulder stability. • Close-Grip Kettlebell Push-Ups: Finish each round by building triceps, chest, shoulder stability, and the lockout strength that makes your arms look complete. Kneeling removes momentum and forces every rep to come from your upper body and core. No cheating. Just quality reps. Rest as needed, but focus on maintaining clean technique every round. Save this workout and let me know how many rounds you complete. Follow for more effective workouts to help you get lean, strong, athletic, and functional in 45 minutes or less. #functionalfitness #kettlebelltraining #kettlebellworkout #homeworkouts #dadbod
