🚨 Huge news for American Express cardholders! 🚨 Amex just added a brand-new Membership Rewards hotel transfer partner: Leading Hotels of the World Here’s what you need to know: ✈️ Transfer ratio: 4:1 (4,000 Amex points = 1,000 Leaders Club points) 🏨 While that ratio might not sound exciting at first, Leaders Club points can deliver excellent value at many luxury properties, often making this a surprisingly strong redemption option. Even better: ✅ Some of these hotels participate in Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, but transferring points to Leaders Club can provide significantly better value than booking through Amex Travel in the right situations. And by the way: 💳 Citi ThankYou points also transfer to Leaders Club, but at a 5:1 ratio, making Amex’s new 4:1 transfer ratio the better everyday option. Still, this could work if you are a little shy, or it they have a transfer bonus. If you have the Platinum Card or Business Platinum, you also receive Leaders Club Sterling Status, which includes perks like complimentary breakfast for two, upgrade priority, late checkout when available, & more.
