Hook
You have to see what this guy does to this dog. He's a dog trainer and he takes the dog inside Home Depot to do some training. I don't know what they're working on, I don't know this dog's history. But you would think he should know if the dog has reactivity to other dogs and wouldn't set it up to fail like standing at the front of the store and waiting for dogs to walk in. He should know if the dog has reactivity to other dogs and wouldn't set it up to fail like standing at the front of the store and waiting for dogs to walk in. Watch right here, this dog starts to have a little bit of a reaction and instead of him interrupting the behavior, he starts putting pressure on its neck with the slip lead and even when the dog offers this sit, doesn't let up on the pressure, just continues to hold it and the dog is fighting to breathe. And then watch what the dog does right here. He regurgitates foam. That is not dog training. That is straight up dog abuse. And believe me, I understand management. Sometimes you just have to manage the dog's behavior in the moment, but you can't tell me he couldn't just turn and walk in a different direction with that dog instead of holding constant pressure on its neck until it puked. And even after the incident, he continued to stay inside the store and try to train the dog. That dog is not learning anything now after that incident, completely flooded, nervous, stressed, like, what are you doing? Just walking up and down the aisles like that? Look at this dog, completely shut down and scared of him. Be careful who you let train your dog!
