I am trying to find the best Ninja Creami recipe on the internet and I think this might be the best one yet. I do think I say that about almost every single one. But what can I say? I'm pretty easy to please and I just love a sweet treat. So let's get into it. This is the Biscoff cookie butter recipe from Eli's Ninja Creami recipe book. I'll have him tagged in the caption so you can find where his recipes are. This is the first one I've ever used or even purchased. I was a little unsure of what to expect from it, but I guess it's not unlike just using like vanilla extract. I think one thing that's sort of made me a little iffy about this recipe is that the cinnamon kind of separated before I ran it through. But I guess I'm just using like low quality cinnamon if that's a thing. And it did still taste good. So I did stray from the recipe starting with the mix-ins and the toppings. It specifically said to crumble them up and mix them in by hand because the mix-in cycle might crush them up too small. But to be honest with you, I feel like I did not care. I feel like I prefer it to just all taste the same and be thoroughly mixed. Lastly, the recipe didn't have any actual cookie butter in it because obviously it's not very healthy and it's supposed to be a healthier recipe. But there was no way I was making a cookie butter recipe without putting actual cookie butter in it. So I did add a little bit of cookie butter. This was honestly like an 11 out of 10 for me. This is by far the favorite one I've made.
