Another week, another Ninja Creami prep! As always, I'm going to start with the Fairlife fat-free milk and I'm going to use 400 mls in each cup. Next, I'm going to go with two tablespoons of this monk fruit sweetener. I love this one because it's zero calories and it doesn't have that weird sugar-free taste to it. In this last one, I'm gonna use the golden sweetener because somebody asked me to make a butter pecan flavor and it said to have like brown sugar and butter flavor. So we're gonna try this out instead. Next is a quarter teaspoon of xanthan gum. With the lower fat content in the milk, sometimes they can turn out kind of icy, so this just helps it make it thick and creamy. Next, 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Next I'm gonna use some pure vanilla bean paste. I've used vanilla extract in the past. I tried vanilla bean paste last week and it made it so much better. So I will be sticking with the vanilla bean paste from now forward. And then for this last one, that butter pecan one that I use the golden sugar in, I'm gonna use a tiny bit of butter extract if I can give it that rich buttery flavor. Next I'm gonna use a tablespoon of cream cheese powder. A lot of people ask why I didn't just use higher fat milk. Because this is basically just adding more fat. But I've tried it with higher fat milk without the cream cheese powder and I just like this version better. So feel free to do you. I just feel like this makes it so rich and creamy, I cannot live without it. First of my flavors, I'm gonna use the PE Science cake pop flavor. I tried this for the first time last week. I am obsessed. If you like cake batter flavored anything, you have to try this one. It's so good. The next one, I had so many people ask for a strawberry cheesecake flavor. I bought like a sample pack of all these PE Science flavors and there was a strawberry cheesecake one. Who knew? So we're gonna try that one this week. In the next one, I'm gonna use this RYSE chocolate cookie blast flavor. This is my husband's favorite last week and then I'm also going to add in a tablespoon of this black cocoa powder. I had a lot of recommendations for this as well. I tried this last week and it really does give it just that extra cookie like almost Oreo flavor to it. I'm also gonna put a tablespoon in the next one cause I'm making the chocolate mint cookie in this one. So I'm gonna use the Clean Simple Eats mint chocolate cookie powder. I've tried this one with chocolate milk instead of just plain milk, but adding that black cocoa without adding the extra calories of the chocolate milk made it so good. So I don't need to use chocolate milk anymore. And these last two, I'm gonna use my favorite. It's the C4 vanilla bean. I think it just gives you the best classic vanilla flavor. And then in this one, with the butter extract and that brown sugar, I'm really excited to see if we can get that butter pecan flavor. And then we mix. And there you have it. I'm gonna pop lids on these and throw them in the freezer. And I'm gonna have high protein ice creams ready to go. Whenever sweet tooth hits. Let me know if you have a flavor I should try. I'm always down to try something new. I'll see you in the next one.
