pumpkin cookie butter iced latte

I went to bed last night dreaming about this latte and I'm so glad I made it because it was so delicious. This is a pumpkin cookie butter iced latte and it only requires two ingredients. You'll need some pumpkin sauce or syrup and some cookie butter. Now to make the drink you're gonna start off by melting one tablespoon of cookie butter in the microwave. Next you're gonna add in half a tablespoon of that either to your espresso cup or to a pitcher. And then you're gonna add in half a tablespoon of the pumpkin sauce or syrup. Next you're gonna brew your two shots of espresso directly over that. And then give that all a mix. Next add in 6 ounces of your milk of choice. I'm using oat milk but you can use any milk you would like. And then give that all another whisk. This is optional but I also decided to drizzle the rest of the melted cookie butter around my cup. Next you're gonna add in some ice. And then again this is optional but I also drizzle the pumpkin sauce. Now finally you're just gonna pour the gorgeous latte on top. This combination was so delicious and I think it might be one of my new favorite recipes.
