Cheesy Steak Tortellini Skillet Ingredients: 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup beef broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt and black pepper, to taste 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package directions. Drain and set aside. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in the Italian seasoning and let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Return the cooked tortellini and steak to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top, cover for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
