Ingredients • 12 oz (340 g) penne pasta • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or thinly sliced steak • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 green bell pepper, sliced • 1 red bell pepper, sliced • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced • 1 medium onion, sliced • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp black pepper • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • ½ cup beef broth • ½ cup heavy cream • 4 oz cream cheese • 1½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese • 2 tbsp chopped parsley • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional Instructions 1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add the ground beef or sliced steak and cook until browned. Break up the meat while cooking if using ground beef. 4. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. 5. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but still colorful. 6. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 7. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes. 8. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. 9. Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated. 10.
