🍝 Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Rich, creamy, and loaded with tender shredded chicken, this easy chicken spaghetti combines a velvety sauce, tomatoes with green chilies, and plenty of cheese. A cozy family dinner that’s especially easy to make in the slow cooker. Ingredients * 12 oz spaghetti * 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded * 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained * 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup * 1 cup sour cream * 4 oz cream cheese, softened * 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese * ½ cup chicken broth * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * ½ tsp Italian seasoning * ½ tsp paprika * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp salt, or to taste * ½ cup frozen peas, optional * 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish Instructions 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Lightly grease the inside of a slow cooker. 3. Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well. 4. Add the shredded chicken and peas. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once if possible. 5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until completely melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. 6. Add the cooked spaghetti and gently toss until every strand is coated in the creamy chicken sauce. 7. Cover and cook for another 15–20 minutes, just until everything is hot. 8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
