information's not hoarded, it's available on the internet. Actually a lot of information is available on the internet, but people have to sign NDAs so they can't talk about said information. So people are gonna know to search it up online. For example, do you know what a mutual separation agreement is? Or is this the first time you've ever heard of one? Because did you know that there are other options to leaving a company outside of quitting, getting fired, and getting laid off? There's a secret fourth option to request a mutual separation agreement, but you have to sign an NDA so you cannot disclose information about that. So you can request a certain amount of months of pay so that you are financially good for a couple of months or even longer. Oftentimes times in leadership can get that more. And health insurance coverage. But you have to sign an NDA and you have to mutually separate on good terms. So if you've been working at a company, if you've been working at a large company, odds are they have these policies in place. Not every company does, but something to consider. I love this country so much.
