Said it once and I'll say it again. If your ex is in a rebound, it means you are winning. While they're choosing to use someone else like a drug to get over their problems, you're suffering through it. You're relying on God's strength and you're taking the pain on like a beast. It is so easy to try to numb the pain. It is so easy to try to use someone else to get over your problems. But the hard thing is sitting through the suffering and using it to develop you. Using that pain to become closer to God, because he will heal you. He will change your life. Here's what I did to help me heal on my own. I started praying every single day. I downloaded a simple Bible app and use daily devotions. I dove into scripture, even that I started using a screen locker to stop focusing on my ex and focus more on prayer. The Bible app that I use was the Haven App and it helped me so much in my healing journey. Using someone else to heal from a past partner shows that you don't have accountability. You're not learning the lessons and what you're bringing all of your problems into the next relationship. It takes a way bigger person to sit in their feelings to learn to develop and grow than it is to take the easy route. And if you're doing that, then you are the true champ. Keep going
