I'm home alone which is honestly the perfect occasion to try the third Kraft Restaurant Edition in our lineup which is the Romano Cacio E Pepe. We just tried the Monterey Jack Caramelized Onion and the Parmesan Pesto the other night, both so delicious, but I love Cacio E Pepe whenever it's on the menu I have to order so I'm very very very excited to try this one. We're gonna start by getting our pipette pasta cooking. This is honestly the perfect shape pasta to hold all of that beautiful creamy sauce. While that's going I'm going to roast up some broccolini in the oven to serve on the side of our main dish. And those are going in. Add our butter, milk, and cheese sauce. And yes, I will be saving extra for Dylan when he gets home. This looks so good. This looks so good. Have our broccolini, our gorgeous Romano Cacio E Pepe. Top it with some extra black pepper.
