Ramen Del Barrio is a Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant that just reopened. There's always a huge line, so let's see if it's worth it. We got started with the Tostadas de Jaiba, which is their snow crab tostada. 10/10. Snow crab was really fresh and made this dish. 10/10. Next, we got the Ebi Aguachiles. $20. The shrimp was super sweet. Made paired really well with the saltiness of the salsa negra and the fish roe. 8.8/10. For the ramen, I got the Carnitas Tonkotsu. Not enough meat for me. 9.2/10. The pork broth was rich and smooth and not too heavy. The cilantro, onion and carnitas really brought out the flavors that you get from tacos. 9.2 out of 10. I'll probably come back for more of the seafood dishes. Like and follow me for more. I got the Pozole Tonkotsu "Rojo". Broth lighter/sweeter than original. 8.5/10. I really liked the Pozole Tonkotsu "Rojo" and 8.5 out of 10. The broth was a little bit lighter and not as rich. Overall 9.2 out of 10. I'll probably come back for more of the seafood dishes.
