Everybody warns you about narcissists, but nobody warns you that a wounded empath can become their own biggest enemy. See, a wounded empath isn't dangerous because they're evil. They're actually dangerous because they abandon themselves. These are the type of people that ignore red flags because they see the good in people. They overexplain disrespect because they understand everyone else's trauma. These are the type of people that keep giving people chance after chance because they don't want anyone to feel rejected. That's exactly how they end up mentally, emotionally, financially, and sometimes physically abused. Trust me, I know this because I used to be a wounded empath as well. And this is how it shows up in real life. A person lies to you, and you convince yourself that, they're just wounded. Or like your body is literally screaming for you to leave, and your empathy keeps telling you like, stay just one more time. That is not your intuition. That is an unhealed wound. And every time that you betray yourself to save someone else, you reinforce the subconscious belief that your needs do not matter. And that's exactly how karmic loops are created. It's not because God or the universe is punishing you, but it's because your nervous system keep choosing what's familiar over what's healthy. You leave one relationship and attract another person with the same patterns, just a different name and different clothes. See, healing this wound is not about learning how to love people better. It's actually about learning how to not abandon yourself. The moment that I started trusting my own intuition over somebody else's potential, everything changed in my life. That's why I always say, your biggest blockages is not outside of you. It's a subconscious pattern that's keeping you in survival mode. And that's exactly what I help women uncover inside their soul blueprint readings.
