Y’all know I love trying new recipes, and today we’re breaking in my new Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro with this Cowboy Butter Chicken & Orzo! 🤎 I’ve never made this before, so we’re all crossing our fingers together. 😂 The good news is you DO NOT need this cooker to make it. A Dutch oven or any oven-safe pot works perfectly. Just brown everything on the stovetop and bake it in a 350° oven until the orzo is tender. If you make it, let me know what you think and what you’d add or change! Cowboy Butter Chicken & Orzo Ingredients * 2 pounds chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces (or chicken breasts) * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 3 tablespoons butter * 2 to 3 tablespoons Kinder’s Cowboy Butter Seasoning * Garlic powder, to taste * 1 tablespoon Kinder’s Red Wine Butter Seasoning * 1 pound orzo * 4 cups chicken broth or stock * 1 can cream of chicken soup * 1 can cream of celery soup * 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix * 6 to 8 ounces heavy cream * Additional garlic powder and Kinder’s Red Wine Butter Seasoning, about 1 tablespoon each Directions 1. Heat the olive oil and butter in your cooker or a large oven-safe pot. 2. Season the chicken generously with the Cowboy Butter Seasoning, garlic powder, and Red Wine Butter Seasoning. 3. Sear the chicken until browned on all sides. It doesn’t have to be cooked through. (It will cook more in the oven, stove top or cooler of choice) 4. Stir in the orzo and toast it for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, heavy cream, additional garlic powder, and additional Red Wine Butter Seasoning. 6. Stir well. 7. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir once or twice during baking if needed.
