Because this is NOT that bright orange stuff in the plastic tub at the grocery store. 😂 This is creamy, cheesy, just a little sweet, just a little spicy, and the kind of recipe that gets even better after it sits in the refrigerator overnight. Around here, pimento cheese is a Southern staple. Spread it on soft white bread, pile it on a hamburger, melt it on a chicken sandwich, scoop it up with crackers, or just stand in front of the refrigerator with a spoon.
