I prefer my customer service somewhat unfriendly and direct and I think out there also feel the underrepresented in corporate customer service culture and I are hearing this and are thinking bad customer service. And the reason this exists is because corporate customer service culture is driven by psychopaths. It is you've ever left a review or said something out loud to someone that was like, to this restaurant, food was great, came out fast, but you know, smiled more, they friendlier. We should use act to charge you with domestic fun cyclist as the spandex going 50 citizen. But the reason this exists is because the only people who respond to surveys are psychos. Say what I'm like, yeah, you in this business and if we don't greet complain. Yeah, the psychos complain. Who is going to a four hour focus group afternoon about target. So you're catering to the psychos. Complain no matter. I think there's a missed opportunity to get millions of customers if you promote unfriendly customer service in any business. If you were a coffee shop, guarantee that when whatever drink that they were never gonna hear. You got going. Yeah, just I think you would really cash in experience. Maybe name it. Nothing's going a coffee shop. But anyways, it's about time we do something about
