The biggest difference between corporate America and blue collar jobs

I have a bunch of friends that work in corporate and shit like a buddy with a history degree that's a fucking banker. Like, these I have to actually maybe six hours a week, and the rest of the time it's kind of just me fiddle fucking around on the computer. I have to punch the clock for 8 hours a day. Whereas like, a lot of these trade jobs I have, my boss would be like, hey, here's what we got to do today for eight hours of work. Fucking, if it takes longer, I gotta pay. If you get fucking six hours done right, home? Fuck it. I don't care. Yeah, like, today. Would be too much sense. Yeah. Here's how to pay. Expectations. And they're like, I need to work? I don't give a shit. If you can get this done in four hours, perfect, yeah. Go on with your life. And have, like, backgrounds, shocked or think it's like I'm fucking don't. I need this job done. I'm this much money if you can and work a second fucking even more money for you. Do it.
