I pay roughly $4,000mo in rent in San Diego. Here is what you get in terms of a rooftop pool for that price. So coming right out, we have some lounge chairs here. Or over here, and then obviously have the main pool right here. Pretty incredible view of the city. This is honestly probably my favorite view personally. And as someone who runs a business, I love coming up here in the middle of the day when it's super sunny and sitting here and working on my laptop. It's so fun. And then if we go over here to the hot tub area. Hot tub all this right here. And then you have panoramic views of the bay and the rest of the city. I've toured like every building in San Diego and I personally think this is the best rooftop.
