Back then, Bunny was one of the biggest creators on YouTube. 2016, she uploaded a video talking about how she couldn't get a refill on her Starbucks drink. The video spread fast, and some people were split. Some people felt like she was just venting like a normal customer service experience, while others felt like she was being entitled over a cup of coffee.
