These are the 14 best things I ate on my recent trip to Copenhagen!!! At number 14, I have the soft and doughy pizza from Number 13 are the tacos from Hija de Sanchez. I swear we passed one of these every single day and had to stop by to see what it was about. It was a solid taco. They make all of their tortillas fresh to order. Number 12 is this nduja your ramen from Slurp with a perfect jammy egg. Jammy eggs are my favorite form of eggs ever. Number eleven are some appetizers from Margo. We stopped here to get a drink, but then we thought we'd get some apps. It was all very fresh and very tasty. At number 10 is the gelato situation from Eli's? The churros were nice and crunchy and you could get them with whatever sauce you wanted. So we got hazelnut and pistachio. Number 9 I have the lox focaccia sandwich from Harbour. Truly a 10 out of 10. This was perfection. The focaccia had a great fluffy and soft texture. Also, the bun butter and cheese was amazing here. Number eight is anything from Lille Bakery. The granola bowl was my favorite though. Number seven are these overnight oats and porridge bowls from Grod. The caramel sauce that came with was unreal. Number six is the fish sandwich from La Banchina. Flaky fish with a delicate batter. And the vibes here were too good. Number five is literally anything from Bar Virtrine. A great wine bar and Dua also recommended this. Have a few glasses, get some small bites, chit-chat. Number four is Atelier September for their breakfast plate. This is my dream breakfast the way. Number three is the Almond Croissant from Juno Bakery. Also, all of the other pastries were fantastic, but this one was gooey and chewy my two favorite things in a pastry. And a number two was this special pastry from Maillard. I wish we got to try other pastries too, but this was pure insanity and it was filled with ricotta and verbena mousse and a strawberry jam. A top pastry for me ever. And number one are these perfect nduja and chili oil eggs from Studio X Kitchen. Best eggs I've ever had.
