WELL, WHAT WE THE BACKSIDE OF ALL OF THAT STUFF IS EXPONENTIALLY HARDER TO LET PEOPLE, BAD PEOPLE GO FROM THE COMPANY WITHOUT GETTING SUED, WITHOUT GETTING A WRONGFUL TERMINATION SUIT. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO LET PEOPLE GO. TO UNDERSTAND, THAT'S WHERE YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AT. Corporate culture has been RUINED by modern middle managers who're obsessed with meetings and "activity". Changed completely. Management of companies has changed completely. And I'm not gonna get into politics, say right reasons, wrong reasons, but at in our society right now, okay? We have to have a culture, empower people. Have all of this stuff. Well, what we, the backside of all of that stuff is exponentially harder to let people, bad people go from the company without getting sued, without getting a wrongful termination suit. So, hi, I'm the sales coach that actually works with B to B professionals. Let you know, management team is struggling with. They probably know the four bad people in your company, but they can't do anything about it. So the reason why they're making people do all this more activity is they can't just say, hey, Heather, it's not working out, you're not, you go. They, Heather on a performance improvement plan. Doing now is they're trying to make it so hard for those bad people to work there, and they have much activity that they quit all by themselves. By themselves. There's no lawsuit, there's no wrongful termination when somebody leaves the company. This problem is coming from. Don't have the ability as managers. I own businesses. It's very difficult to let people go. To understand, that's where your management team is at. Unfortunately, that's not the answer, because you're literally out with the, the answer is right sales process. The answer is as a manager, go, can you give me a specific that client in your pipeline needs this? And if they can explain it back fit. So, um, I really, really feel for management and leadership teams because they're between a hard place of, it's really easy to hire people these days, and it's really them go.
