Why it worked

The video uses relatable humor about the struggles of early morning shifts and the stark contrast between energetic and exhausted employees, resonating with a wide audience in the retail and service industries.

Summary

A retail worker humorously contrasts two types of morning staff. One is overly cheerful and energetic, while the other is clearly struggling to stay awake and wishes they were still asleep.

Structure

1Introduction of the two types of morning staff.
2The 'energetic' staff member greets the 'tired' staff member.
3The 'tired' staff member expresses their lack of readiness and exhaustion.
4The 'energetic' staff member questions the 'tired' staff member's preference for mornings.
