Over 100 days ago, I committed to practicing Qi Gong every day. People always ask me how I’ve stayed so consistent. The truth is… consistency wasn’t the first thing I found. I found my Electron. What do I mean by that? I stopped trying to force myself into the life I thought I was supposed to live. Instead, I became quiet enough to notice what actually gave me energy. What made me lose track of time. What kept calling me back. What left me feeling more alive after I did it than before. That’s what I call your Electron. The current God placed inside you that naturally animates you toward your purpose. Once I found that current, discipline stopped feeling like a battle. Even on the days I don’t feel like showing up, the desire to become who I’m called to be is stronger than how I feel in the moment. That’s why I don’t think a morning routine is about being rigid. It’s about creating a pattern that helps you reconnect with yourself every single day. For me, that pattern includes Qi Gong, fascia release, lymphatic drainage, breathwork, nervous system regulation, prayer, and stillness. Those simple practices help me release tension, improve mobility, calm my nervous system, reduce brain fog, support healthy lymphatic flow, and begin each day from a regulated state instead of a stressed one. Everything else becomes easier when your body stops fighting itself.
