I don't know
I'm from the streets with a hood, swallow one man
Bullets are following one man
It's so much that you could run the slalom and cops call me slalom
Top to the bottom
They say that we all prone to violence
But it's home sweet home with personality clashes
Chrome meets chrome
Prices up and down like it's going street home
But this is worse than the Dow Jones, your brains are blown all over that brown brown
When slip you are now gone
Welcome to hell where you are welcome to sell
But when the shells come, you better return them
All scars we learn them, all calls we learn them
Like the back of our hand
We watch for cops, cops tapping out the back of the van
Where a G on my chest, I don't need that for damn
This ain't a song, outfit, homes, homes is about it
Was clapping them flames before
But came famous for playing me

Day 194 - weight update: still chillin at 228 lbs (down from 250). can’t seem to get this to move. I feel like I barely eat these days, just meat veg and fruit for the most part, not too much. And stay pretty active. But have struggled to get below 228 - back is feeling great though. Was chatting with a friend of mine today and he was asking if I was going nuts doing the same workout every day. I told him not at all, o still love this routine. Because I legit can’t do much else to workout 😂 but I can do this, and when I do it, the pain from my herniated disc isn’t debilitating anymore - it was a good reminder that in January of this year my back was so bad I could barely stand. It was debilitating and I was completely hopeless - a level of pain I’ve never experienced before and wouldn’t wish on anyone. I started doing this out of pure desperation lol and it worked! I still have weight I want to lose, but the pain is 0 day to day and I feel like I got my life back Anyways, i think it’s good to take a step back sometimes and remember why we started doing things. I think it infuses our activities with meaning and gives a whole new burst of motivation
