TWO meatballs for 33g of protein?!? (and it’s 10 minutes of actual work 🤯) these breakfast meatballs have 16g each, no protein powder in sight just 6 ingredients & 30 minutes! makes 14, keep em in the fridge all week - no skipping breakfast round here “so simple to make and are super delicious” - from a reader who compared them to a store bought chicken sausage and found nearly triple the protein :) “My toddler devours these. Love having them on hand for me too!” - another reader :) all the sweet maple sausage flavor but the sweetness comes from shredded honeycrisp apples. no syrup, no sugar, and they don’t taste like apple at all our toddler ate 8 of these in one sitting. EIGHT. we’ve been making them on repeat ever since 😅 eat em plain, pair with fruit and an egg bite for a breakfast lunchable, or crumble them into breakfast burritos they freeze for 3 months too - 30 seconds in the microwave from frozen and you’re out the door or you can always google “joy to the food breakfast meatballs” or find it linked in my bio :) fyi ground turkey works in place of the chicken - just don’t use dark meat, it gets way too greasy :) 🫶 if you like this recipe, be sure to follow along - we post recipes like this without protein powder every single day! #highproteinbreakfast #breakfastmeatballs #toddlerbreakfast #mealprepbreakfast #realfoodprotein https://joytothefood.com/chicken-pork-breakfast-meatballs/
