This is what my mornings look like when you’re a teacher, a mom, AND a personal trainer 😂 I don’t wake up at 3 AM because I love waking up early. I do it because it’s honestly the only time I have to get my own workout in before everyone else needs me. Then it’s kids, school, clients, dinner, kids sports, and somehow doing it all over again the next day. 😂 It’s chaotic, I’m tired, and some mornings I really don’t want to get up… but I’m always glad I did. If you’re trying to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else too, stick around. 🤍 Gym fit from @Paragon Fitwear code Ciarac #inrotation #MorningRoutineT#TeacherLifeM#MomLifeF#FitnessJourneygaragegym
