If you're a teacher and you're struggling to find time to work out, save this video because this is your sign to start working out before school this September. I'm a fitness coach and teacher and I started doing this two years ago and it has changed my life. Why? Because you're using energy that you don't have after school when you first wake up. It's giving you endorphins to get through the school day and no matter what happens in your day, you know you've already worked out. Just go home and have a guilt-free relaxing night. To make it easier for you though, I'm going to be giving you my best advice to become a morning gym person. I'm advice. Morning. 1. Lay your gym outfit out the night before. It takes away all your thinking in the morning and all you have to do is put it on and go. You'll look good and you'll feel good and you'll work out better. Next, I never go to bed not knowing what workout I'm doing. I usually plan it in my notes app the week or the night before. Personally, I can use my body on a morning, but my mind picks up a little longer. Your morning routine starts the night before. If you think about it, you only hate getting up early because you're tired and you didn't get enough sleep. If you get a full 8 hours sleep, you won't find it hard. All you need to do is go to bed 8 hours before you wake up and you just need a little bit of discipline to get off your phone at night and go to sleep. I'm literally asleep by 9:30 every day. 4. Understand the first week is going to be hard. You're changing routine, but you have to push through that and I promise you it will get easier the next week and your body will adjust. If you're anything like me, you want teaching to be a career that you can have a life outside of and maintain. So this school year, we're gonna make that happen.
