Your baby falls asleep… then wakes up 10 minutes later 😭 It feels like bedtime failed. But that wake-up is often a clue. Something may be making it hard for your baby to stay asleep. Here are 3 steps to take 👇 1️⃣ Look at what happened before sleep Was your baby awake too long? Was the last nap too late? Did they fall asleep before they were tired enough? Were they hungry, uncomfortable, or overstimulated? The reason for the wake-up may have started before bedtime even began. 2️⃣ Don’t try everything at once Rocking → feeding → bouncing → lights on → another room… Changing what you do every minute can wake your baby even more. 😵💫 Choose one calm response. Give it a moment. Then watch what changes. 3️⃣ Ask Baby Signal what the clue means Here’s the tricky part: The same 10-minute wake-up can happen for different reasons. One baby may be overtired. Another may not be tired enough. Another may be hungry or uncomfortable. Baby Signal helps you understand what may be happening with your baby. Simply tell the app: “My baby fell asleep, then woke up crying 10 minutes later.” “Her last nap ended at 5 PM and bedtime was 7 PM.” Baby Signal looks at your baby’s age, sleep, feeds, patterns, and what you’ve already tried. Then it helps you understand what may be happening and gives you one clear next step. No confusing lists. No random guessing. Just: “This may be why. Try this now.” 🤍 Then it follows up later to see if it worked. And the more you use it, the more it learns about your baby, making the next sleep problem easier to understand. 👍 Download Baby Signal, tell us what’s happening, and find out the next step for your baby. 📲 For iPhone: Search “Baby Signal App” on the App Store!! 🤖 For Android: Search “Baby Signal” on Google Play Store!! #babycare #newborn #babysleep #firsttimemom #babylove
