BISCOFF + OREO PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN DESSERT Macros for the whole monster: ~1,341 kcal | 114 g protein | 92 g carbs | ~55 g fat | 15 g fiber BASE * 400 g fat-free skyr (14.1 oz; about 1⅔ cups) Thick nonfat Greek yogurt also works, but the macros will change. * 40 g chocolate whey protein concentrate (WPC) (1.4 oz; roughly ⅓ cup) * 15 g cocoa powder (0.5 oz; about 3 tbsp) * Cinnamon, to taste Mix everything until completely smooth, then spread it across the dish. No almond milk is needed in the base. BISCUIT LAYER * 4 Lotus Biscoff biscuits (31.2 g / 1.1 oz) * 1 milk-and-cereal biscuit (12.5 g / 0.4 oz), used as the divider Layer the Biscoff biscuits over the base, then place the milk-and-cereal biscuit down the middle to create two sides. No Vitanella biscuit? Use whatever biscuit you have. The macros will shift slightly, but that tiny difference is not worth stressing over. Use what suits you. VANILLA PEANUT BUTTER SIDE * 20 g vanilla plant-based protein powder (0.7 oz; about 1 scoop for this powder) * 40 g peanut butter (1.4 oz; about 2½ tbsp) * 5 g honey (0.18 oz; about ¾ tsp) * Up to 140 ml unsweetened almond milk (4.7 fl oz; about ½ cup + 1½ tbsp) * 6 blueberries * 1 original Oreo Mix the plant protein, peanut butter and honey before adding any milk. Start with zero milk, then add it about 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture becomes thick and spreadable. Do not pour in the full 140 ml immediately. That is simply how much my plant protein needed. Yours may need much less. Spread it over one side, add the blueberries and place the Oreo in the middle. DARK CHOCOLATE SIDE * 30 g dark chocolate, 54.5% (1.1 oz) * 15 g tahini (0.5 oz; about 1 tbsp) Melt the chocolate, mix in the tahini and spread it over the other side. I also ate another 100 g of blueberries off camera. They are not included in the macros above and add approximately 57 kcal, 14.5 g carbs and 2.4 g fiber. #highprotein #fitness #dieting #food
