A massive Oreo and Biscoff protein dessert with 112 g of protein. This is one full meal, not a small snack. BASE • 400 g (14.1 oz; about 1 2/3 cups) fat-free skyr Thick nonfat Greek yogurt also works, but the macros will change. • 40 g (1.4 oz) chocolate whey protein concentrate (WPC) • 15 g (0.5 oz; about 3 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder • 3 g honey (about 1/2 tsp) • Cinnamon, to taste Mix until completely smooth, then spread it across your dish. BISCUIT LAYER • 5 tea biscuits • 1 regular Oreo • 2 Biscoff biscuits Layer the tea biscuits and Oreo over the base. Stand the two Biscoff biscuits through the middle to divide the dish. VANILLA PEANUT BUTTER LAYER • 20 g (0.7 oz) vanilla plant-based protein powder • 40 g (1.4 oz; about 2 1/2 tbsp) peanut butter • 5 g honey (about 3/4 tsp) • Up to 130 ml (4.4 fl oz; about 1/2 cup + 2 tsp) unsweetened almond milk Mix everything together. Start with 60 ml (2 fl oz; 1/4 cup) of almond milk and only add more as needed. Plant protein usually needs more liquid, but other powders might not. Spread this over the larger side of the dish. TOPPINGS • 10 g (0.4 oz; about 1 tbsp) blueberries • Half a banana, about 60 g (2.1 oz) • 30 g (1.1 oz) dark chocolate • 3 g coconut butter (about 1/2 tsp) • 3 g desiccated coconut (about 2 tsp) Add the blueberries and banana. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut butter, spread it over the banana, then finish with the desiccated coconut.
