HIGH-PROTEIN DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE SKYR BOWL BASE * 400 g fat-free skyr (14.1 oz; about 1⅔ cups) * 40 g chocolate whey protein concentrate (WPC) (1.4 oz) * 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder (0.18 oz; about 1 tbsp) * Cinnamon, to taste * 5 g honey (0.18 oz; about ¾ tsp) * 4 black cocoa tea biscuits (21.6 g total; 0.8 oz) Mix everything except the biscuits. Spread it into a rectangular dish and tilt it so the mixture comes up the sides, leaving the middle shallow and flat. Add the four biscuits. COOKIE LAYER * 20 g cookie-flavored plant protein (0.7 oz) * 150 g fat-free skyr (5.3 oz; about ⅔ cup) * Dash of vanilla extract * Up to 55 ml almond milk (1.9 fl oz; about 3 tbsp + 2 tsp) Mix and spread it over the biscuits. My plant protein absorbs a lot of liquid, so I used all 55 ml. Start with none and add it gradually because yours might need much less. TOPPINGS * 2 long pretzel sticks (2.5 g total; 0.09 oz) * 25 g milk chocolate (0.9 oz) mixed with 4 g coconut oil (0.14 oz) * 25 g dark chocolate (0.9 oz) mixed with 4 g coconut oil (0.14 oz) * 10 g tahini (0.35 oz; about 2 tsp) * 10 g blueberries (0.35 oz; about 1 tbsp) Use the pretzel sticks and the sides of the dish to form two triangles. Melt each chocolate separately with 4 g coconut oil, then fill one triangle with milk chocolate and the other with dark chocolate. Spread the tahini over the rest and finish with the blueberries.
