Stop using your waver like this. If you actually want the perfect beachy curls, you want to take a pretty large piece of your hair and twist it like this. Then, once you have the twist, go in with your waver, whichever one you use, and clamp it down on the twisted hair, just like you normally would on a flat piece of hair, but adding the twist adds so much more texture to the curl, or wave I should say.
