It is very important you get the big pack of chicken breast and this is going to last you for three meals. This week. Do not use every single chicken breast on the first meal. My pack of chicken breast was $11. Two cans of Great Value Northern beans and a can of corn. Diced onions because nobody has the time or knows how to cut an onion. Cream cheese, white chicken chili seasoning pack and corn chips. Moving on. Our second chicken dish. We have chicken parmesan and asparagus. Slice chicken breasts thinner if needed. 2. Beat eggs in a bowl. 3. Mix Italian panko with Parmesan. 4. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. 5. I recommend doing a chicken breast and a half for each meal. Generally, what I do is chicken marinara. Always use this. It's marinara. Tomato. Whatever. Panko, mozzarella and parmesan. Egg. I got whole grain pasta. Just get regular fine noodles. It's fine and cheaper. And I'm going to do it with a side of asparagus. Moving on. What's going to do Hamburger Helper until I saw this cheesy Italian shells Hamburger Helper and it looked way better. So we're going with this. 80 20 ground beef. Sauté vegetables. I'm going with squash and zucchini. This is your cheap, easy dinner for when you get home late or whatever. Moving on. Our fourth dinner, cheeseburger potato bowls. Cut Yukon Gold potatoes into small cubes. 2. Toss with melted butter, salt and pepper. 3. Roast at 425°F for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway. 4. Brown ground beef with chopped onions. 5. Potatoes. You can get some Yukon Gold potatoes, dice them and then roast them in their air fryer. I've been loving these Bettergoods Yukon Gold potatoes. They're so good. Y'all need to try them. And cheese. Your base needs to be potatoes. Add ground beef. Add cheese. You can do lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, whatever your heart desires. I'm still iffy on eating the lettuce. Base. I've got some pickles. I've got some other stuff I'm going to make a little sauce to go on it. But just start with this. And then I'm going to do a side of green beans for the kids. I'm probably not going to eat green beans with my burger bowls. They can reach their own. Okay. Moving on. Our last dinner. This is why it's important that you do not use all your chicken first. Cause you're going to need it three times. We're doing ranch baked chicken, sweet potato fries and black eyed peas. I already had this ranch seasoning so I didn't have to buy any. But you can buy some at Walmart. You can literally get a packet for 90 something cents. I just had this so I'm using it. I did include butter in the recipe video. What dinner cannot think. You'll need the corn chips too. 5-DINNER GROCERY LIST MEAT Chicken breast 2 lbs ground beef PRODUCE Sweet potatoes Yukon Gold potatoes Asparagus Zucchini blend Chopped onions CANNED / PACKAGED 2 cans Northern Beans Corn Black-eyed peas White Chicken Chili seasoning packet Cheesy Italian Shells Hamburger Helper Corn chips DAIRY Cream cheese Mozzarella cheese Colby Jack cheese Parmesan cheese Eggs Butter PANTRY Whole grain spaghetti Tomato basil pasta sauce Italian panko breadcrumbs Ranch seasoning or ranch dressing Oil Salt & pepper
