I feed a family of five for $100 a week and everyone wants to know how I make that work. I don't make my children fast and I'm not handing out seven Cheerios and just telling everybody to pace themselves. The first thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna make a list. I have a whole process on how I plan meals for each day of the week. If you want me make a video on that, let me know. And then once I make my list, I'm gonna go from my fridge, freezer and pantry to see what I already have and make a list of what I need. This is all of the meat that I'm going to use for the entire week. I'm gonna go ahead and put it in the fridge so that it's thawed when you're ready to use it. Every single one of these was purchased on clearance. That means when I plan dinner, I don't have to go out and buy any of these at full price. I've already got it in my freezer for super cheap. Every Monday is breakfast. Every Tuesday is tacos. Every Wednesday we do pasta. We use this hot Italian sausage. Sausage is so much cheaper than ground beef. Thursday we're doing chicken pot pie. Friday we're doing pizza. Saturday we do sheet pan meals and Sunday I'm making homemade hamburger helper. So I need lettuce, potatoes, some kind of vegetable and velveeta cheese. So out of $100, I'm gonna buy the four things that I need and then I'm gonna check the clearance to see anything else that I can stock up on that I know my family will eat. All right, let's go see what Kroger wants us to eat this week.
