American Tries Greggs For The First Time

Today my sister is going to be trying Greggs for the first time. She's never had a sausage roll. And I'm super hungry right now. And she is comparing it in her head to a tornado back home which I'll put one on screen. They are nowhere close. So she's gonna be very surprised to see that a sausage roll is a lot better than a tornado. Are you ready? I'm ready. Alright so they have a new chicken katsu bake that we wanted to try but we can't come to Greggs and not get her to try a classic sausage roll. And then she also has a steak bake. So visually it's a lot different than a tornado. Oh yeah. Um my typical uh road trip yeah. So usually at like a my road trip at a gas station at home you'd get a tornado on the little spinner wheels. Nobody actually knows what's in them. Probably nothing good but they do taste nice sometimes. Oh okay okay. I'm gonna try it without the HP sauce first. Mind you all of our pastries including Savannah's it's ten pound 70. That's six pastries and these are big pastries. I like these more with HP. Some people like ketchup or for the wink stain yesterday tomato ketchup. I was hungry. I was too. And so I was like when are we eating breakfast? So what do you think about a sausage roll? It's pretty good. I actually really like like the pastry bit. The pastry with like the egg white wash. Yeah they're doing that all by hand. Alright chicken. I wanna try this like chicken katsu bake. I mean now chicken katsu is pretty big in Hawaii. It's not really big in mainland USA though. Like you would never see something like this on the menu. No yeah. So it is nice to have that but this is the chicken katsu bake. This is my first time even trying it. I would say chicken katsu curry. Yeah I think that's what they have on there actually. That's actually really nice. It is really good. If it was warm it would be even better. That might be my new favorite one. Before you decide what your favorite out of these is, try the steak bake 'cause the steak bake is just a classic Greggs. It's pretty good. Chicken Katsu curry you like that one better? Mmm hmm. I have to agree out of having all of them. Chicken katsu curry bakes my favorite pairing. This or a tornado. I would definitely go with Greggs.
