Her Hinge Date said: Real Estate Investor

So I got hired by a female client who said that she met a guy on Hinge, and her that he said that he was a real estate investor. He flies private sometimes and owns several properties in San Antonio and Austin. And she wanted me to confirm all of this before date number three. After date number two, I followed him after their date, and he's driving a Mercedes. I'm thinking, okay, maybe this is gonna check out. He pulls into a driveway in Leon Valley. It's a modest home, but still no red flags yet. He parks it, he walks inside, and I sit outside for maybe 20 minutes. An older fella walked, looks to be maybe in his 60s. He moves the Mercedes about two feet from the garage so he can lawnmower. So he's out mowing the lawn. And a real estate investor is standing on the porch watching him and offers zero help. Come to find out, that's his parents' house. So her Hinge date lives in one of the bedrooms. And inside, I could literally see through the window, and I swear looked like an action figure collection. Seriously. So I sent her the report. She said, thank you. Pretty sure she probably blocked him to speak to him after that. And so, ladies, be careful, especially with somebody saying that they're a real estate investor. They fly private, sometimes and own several properties in San Antonio and Austin.
